翻译服务类法律文书
留学生在外打工时有发生，利用语言优势提供有偿翻译服务也属于一种劳务行为，服务文书中要注意保护自身利益，注意以下内容：
1. 服务方和被服务方身份要清晰

Translation services will be on {date} from {time} to {time}.
3. 服务内容条款
The Interpreter will translate between {Name} and {Name} from {language(s)} to {language(s)}.
4. 留学生可能被要求提供特殊资质
The Interpreter shall provide certification for translations.
5. 翻译费用条款
{Amount} will be paid for translations.
6. 额外工作的费用条款
For overtime work, the translator will be paid for {amount} per hour.
7. 对翻译者的保护条款
The Client will be charged a retainer of {amount}. If the Client cancels later than {date}, the retainer will not be returned.
