活动举办类法律文书
学生乃至学生团体，会利用节假日期间举办组织活动，不可避免会与承办方签订服务协议，以下条款需要注意，以免遭受损失：
1. 合同方身份务必明确
Host {Host's Name}, and Planner {Planner's Name} have reached the agreement as follows
2. 活动时间地点条款
The {Name} event will be on {date(s)} at {location(s)}.
3. 活动属性条款
The Event includes {Description of event.}
4. 服务价格
The Host will pay the Planner {amount}
5. 押金条款，用于保护承办方权益
amount of {amount} is for deposits
6. 付款时间条款
The Planner will receive the additional {amount} at the completion of the event
7. 承办方义务
The Planner will
Organize the event
Take lodging/travel costs
8. 知识产权条款
The Planner agrees to use Host's company logo
9. 承办方权利保护条款，体现平等
The Host will not enter into any contracts on behalf of the Planner
10. 承办方罚金条款
If the Host cancels within {days} of the event they will be refunded {amount}% of the original fee. If the Host cancels within {days} of the event they will receive {amount}%, and after {days} no refund will be given.
11. 主办方罚金条款
If the Planner cancels, the full fee must be refunded minus the cost of nonrefundable deposits.
