房屋清洁类法律文书

部分留学生选择租住在大学的学生宿舍以外，或者选择居住在私人公司管理的House中。刚入住的留学生可能会对此类房间的清理自行负责，这里就会涉及到雇用其他人或清洁公司打理房间放任法律问题。

与第三方签订清洁合同必不可少，合同注意事项包括：
